FREE USPS 3-5 day First Class Shipping to the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska when you spend $100 or more (delivery date is not guaranteed).
Domestic USPS First Class Shipping (includes tracking) - $7
Domestic USPS Priority Express Shipping (2 business days) - $24
All domestic orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

Canada USPS Priority Shipping - $23
International USPS Priority Shipping - $32
International USPS Priority Express Shipping (5-10 business days) - $49
If any higher International cost is found to be required at mailing time, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost. Any taxes/duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. We can not change the dollar amount on the customs form for tax purposes.
Once the package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. If you feel that your local postal system is not reliable, please select another option or email us. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of items shipped through USPS International. This shipping option can take up to 45 days for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we can not guarantee an arrival date. A 30% restocking fee will be charged to all orders that are not accepted by recipient and/or returned to sender.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. LILIKOI will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our office is closed over the weekend.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday.
Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.
LILIKOI Paia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
